Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original condition, with the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as store credit/gift card.

Please include your address, contact name and number with the return.

If returning goods by post please keep tracking number for your reference, as any items lost in post are not our responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
